This Privacy Policy explains how Pack Library (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Pack Library app and related services.

Subscription status: information needed to confirm whether you have access to subscriber content.
App usage data: basic data needed to operate the app and improve reliability (for example, feature usage and error logs).
Reading progress (optional): progress may be saved on your device (for example, using local storage) and/or synced to our backend if enabled.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers through the app.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions for Pack Library are managed externally through Stripe. Payment and billing information is collected and processed by Stripe and is fully managed by the user through Stripe’s subscription tools. The Pack Library app does not collect, store, or process full payment card details.

Sensitive Information

The Pack Library app does not store sensitive payment information (such as full card numbers or banking details). Any payment-related data is handled by Stripe. We only use the minimum information needed to provide access to the app (for example, account email and subscription access status).

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We may share limited information with service providers used to operate the app (for example, hosting, authentication, databases, or analytics) only as needed to provide the service.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Pack Library is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Your Choices

Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled by the user through the Stripe customer dashboard provided after purchase.
When a subscription is canceled, access to subscriber content may be removed or limited.
You may request account assistance or data removal by contacting us.
You may uninstall the app at any time.
