How to Deactivate Your Account (Remove Access)
Pack Library access is subscription-based and managed through Stripe. To deactivate your account and remove access to subscriber content, cancel your subscription using the Stripe customer portal provided after purchase (available from your confirmation/receipt page).
Canceling your subscription stops access to subscriber content. It does not automatically delete your data.
How to Request Data Deletion
Pack Library accounts are subscription-based and managed through Stripe. When a subscription is canceled, account access is deactivated.
Inactive accounts may be automatically deleted after 30 days following subscription cancellation. This allows time to reactivate if desired.
If you would like your account data deleted sooner, please email us from the same email address used for your Pack Library account:

Please include “Pack Library Data Deletion Request” and the email you use to log in.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account identifiers (such as email and username)
- User-generated content (such as comments), where applicable
- Access/account records associated with your Pack Library profile
What Data Is Not Stored in the App
Pack Library does not store full payment card or banking details. Billing is processed and managed by Stripe.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 days. In some cases, we may need to retain limited records for legal, tax, or security purposes.
